We are seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Manager to oversee our construction projects in Balzers. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising all aspects of the construction process, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans and schedules, including resource allocation and budgeting
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure project progress
- Oversee construction activities to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Monitor project expenses and make adjustments as needed to stay within budget
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process
- Communicate progress updates to stakeholders and provide regular reports on project status

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Proven experience as a Construction Manager in a fast-paced environment
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
