Land surveyor vacancy in Khasab Oman

Land Surveyor - Full Time Position in Khasab

We are seeking a skilled Land Surveyor to join our team in Khasab. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys and collecting data on land features for various construction and development projects. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1500 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct topographic, boundary, and construction surveys using various equipment such as GPS, total stations, and levels
- Collect and analyze data on land features, including elevation, angles, distances, and boundaries
- Create detailed reports and maps using survey data for use in construction planning and development
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals to ensure accurate survey results
- Maintain survey equipment and ensure proper calibration for accurate measurements
- Adhere to all safety protocols while conducting surveys on construction sites

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Land Surveyor
- Proficient in the use of surveying equipment such as GPS, total stations, levels, etc.
- Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail
- Familiarity with AutoCAD or other mapping software is preferred
- Excellent communication skills (English speaking is required)
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team

Preferred:
- Previous experience working in Khasab or Oman
- Knowledge of local laws and regulations related to land surveying
- Experience working with students or mentoring junior surveyors
