Indian Sales Manager in Vianden

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Indian Sales Manager to join our growing team in Vianden. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading our sales team and driving business growth in the region. You must have a biometric passport and be willing to relocate to Vianden.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company objectives
- Manage and lead a team of sales representatives to meet sales targets
- Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with potential clients
- Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends and competitors' activities
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement
- Prepare sales forecasts and budgets for the company's products or services
- Train and motivate sales team members to improve their skills and performance

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in sales management, preferably in the same industry or region
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
- Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate, mentor, and develop a team
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Knowledge of market research techniques and data analysis methods
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1300$ per month along with attractive incentives based on performance.
