We are looking for a skilled Handyman to join our team in Wiltz, Luxembourg. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for completing various tasks related to building maintenance and repairs. This is a contract position with a salary of $1400 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Perform general maintenance and repairs on buildings, including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work
- Conduct routine inspections to identify any issues or potential problems
- Respond promptly to service requests from residents or employees
- Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repair work completed
- Purchase necessary materials and supplies for projects
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient completion of projects
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations

Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in building maintenance or related field
- Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and other handyman skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and diagrams
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Good communication skills and ability to work well with others
- Must have a biometric passport for international travel

Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience working in a contract position
- Familiarity with building codes and regulations in Luxembourg
- Ability to communicate in English is a plus but not required
