Indian Chef in Jerusalem



We are seeking a skilled Indian Chef to join our team in Jerusalem. As an Indian Chef, you will be responsible for creating and preparing authentic Indian dishes for our restaurant. This position requires extensive knowledge and experience in Indian cuisine, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook a variety of Indian dishes according to traditional recipes
- Plan menu items and create new dishes based on customer preferences
- Ensure all food is prepared to the highest quality standards and presented attractively
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen at all times
- Train and supervise other kitchen staff members on proper cooking techniques and food safety procedures
- Work closely with management to manage inventory, order supplies, and control costs
- Adhere to all food safety regulations and health codes

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an Indian Chef in a restaurant setting
- Extensive knowledge of Indian cuisine, including traditional cooking techniques and spices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high quality standards
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and supervise kitchen staff effectively
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Salary:
We are offering a salary of 1500$ per month for this position.

This job is located in the beautiful city of Jerusalem.

Preference:
This job is open to candidates of Indian nationality who are passionate about bringing authentic Indian flavors to our restaurant. Knowledge of English is preferred but not required.
