Concierge for Luxury Hotel in Triesen

Our luxury hotel in Triesen is seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Concierge to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to provide exceptional service to our guests.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a warm and friendly atmosphere
- Assist guests with check-in/out process, including luggage handling and escorting them to their rooms
- Provide information about hotel facilities, local attractions, and transportation options
- Make reservations for restaurants, tours, or other services as requested by guests
- Handle guest complaints or concerns promptly and effectively
- Maintain a neat and organized lobby area at all times
- Communicate effectively with other hotel staff to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Hospitality degree preferred
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required
- Fluent in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy luggage and stand for long periods of time
