Phlebotomist for Medical Clinic in Sakaka, Saudi Arabia

We are hiring a skilled and experienced Phlebotomist to join our busy medical clinic in Sakaka. As a Phlebotomist, you will be responsible for drawing blood samples from patients and ensuring their safe transportation to the lab for testing. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, knowledge of proper blood collection techniques, and excellent communication skills. Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and verify their identities before drawing blood
- Educate patients on the blood collection process and answer any questions they may have
- Prepare equipment and supplies needed for blood collection
- Perform venipuncture or fingerstick to draw blood according to established protocols
- Label and properly store collected samples for transportation to the lab
- Maintain accurate records of all blood samples collected
- Follow all safety protocols to ensure patient safety and prevent contamination of samples
- Clean and maintain phlebotomy equipment after each use

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; certification or degree in phlebotomy preferred
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a Phlebotomist in a clinical setting
- Knowledge of proper blood collection techniques and safety protocols
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain procedures clearly to patients
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Proficiency in English preferred
