Personal Trainer - Health and Fitness Coach (Vianden, Luxembourg)


We are seeking a certified Personal Trainer to join our team in Vianden, Luxembourg. In this role, you will be responsible for providing personalized fitness training and coaching to clients of all ages and fitness levels. As a Personal Trainer, you will design and implement customized workout plans, track progress, and provide guidance on nutrition and healthy lifestyle habits. You should have a strong passion for health and fitness, excellent communication skills, and the ability to motivate others.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct fitness assessments and consultations with clients to determine their goals, limitations, and current fitness level
- Design individualized workout plans based on client needs and goals
- Instruct clients on proper exercise techniques to prevent injury and maximize results
- Provide guidance on nutrition and healthy lifestyle habits to support client's fitness goals
- Track client progress by regularly measuring body composition, strength, endurance, and other relevant metrics
- Motivate clients to achieve their personal best through positive reinforcement techniques
- Maintain cleanliness of equipment and ensure safety measures are followed at all times

Requirements:
- Certification in personal training or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience working as a Personal Trainer
- Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, exercise science, nutrition principles
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to motivate others towards achieving their fitness goals
- Strong organizational skills
- Fluent in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)

Salary: 1500$ per month
