Mason Supervisor



As a Mason Supervisor in Clairvaux, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating all masonry activities on construction sites. You will oversee a team of masons and ensure that all work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Your main duties will include planning and organizing daily tasks, ensuring safety regulations are followed, monitoring progress and productivity, and providing technical guidance to your team. You will also be responsible for ordering materials, maintaining equipment, and resolving any issues that may arise.

To excel in this role, you must have at least 5 years of experience as a mason with strong leadership skills. A high school diploma or equivalent is required. You should have a deep understanding of masonry techniques and materials, as well as the ability to read blueprints.

This position requires strong communication skills to effectively communicate with team members, contractors, and project managers. You must also have excellent problem-solving abilities and be able to make decisions quickly under pressure.

We offer a competitive salary of $1600 per month for this position. This is a full-time role with no accommodation provided. However, we welcome applicants of Indian nationality who are proficient in English.
