Part-Time Office Assistant


We are seeking a part-time Office Assistant to join our team in Nizwa. This position is suitable for Indian nationals who are looking for a part-time job without any prior experience or English language proficiency. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for performing general office duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, filing documents, and maintaining office supplies. This is an excellent opportunity for students looking to gain work experience and earn some extra income. The working hours for this position are flexible and accommodation will be provided if necessary.

Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls and redirecting them to the appropriate person
- Responding to emails and drafting correspondence
- Filing and organizing documents
- Ordering and maintaining office supplies
- Assisting with basic administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:
- Indian nationality preferred
- No prior experience required
- Basic English language skills preferred
- Good communication skills
- Organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficiency in MS Office applications

Salary:
This is a part-time position with a salary of 1600$ per month.

This job is located in Nizwa, Oman.

Working Hours:
The working hours for this position are flexible, with a minimum of 20 hours per week.
