Restaurant Manager
We are in search of a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Ajman. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant, including operations, staffing, customer service, and financial performance. You will also be responsible for creating a positive work environment and maintaining high levels of employee satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
- Train and develop staff to provide excellent customer service and maintain high food quality standards
- Monitor financial performance by analyzing sales data, controlling costs, and implementing strategies to increase profitability
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of necessary supplies at competitive prices
- Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment by overseeing regular cleaning schedules
- Handle customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner
- Develop marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and experience with inventory management systems
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly
- Effective communication skills in English (knowledge of additional languages is an advantage)
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays if needed.
