Senior Architect - Ufa, Russia

As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for leading the design and construction of various architectural projects in Ufa, Russia. Your role will involve managing a team of architects and overseeing the entire project from conception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of architectural principles and techniques, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of architectural projects in Ufa, Russia
- Manage a team of architects and ensure efficient collaboration
- Oversee all aspects of the project from initial concept to final construction
- Develop detailed plans, blueprints, and 3D models using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Conduct site visits to ensure compliance with design plans and specifications
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide updates on project progress
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure successful project execution
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in architectural design and project management
- Strong knowledge of architectural principles, building codes, and construction methods
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other CAD software
- Excellent leadership, communication, and teamwork skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Fluent in Russian (knowledge of English is a plus)

Salary: 1500$ per month

Location: Ufa, Russia (accommodation provided)

Contract type: Full-time contract (with possibility for extension)
