Senior Architect - Ufa, Russia


We are in need of a talented and experienced Senior Architect to join our team in Ufa, Russia. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of various projects, ranging from residential to commercial buildings. You will work closely with clients, engineers, and other professionals to ensure that projects are completed efficiently and meet all necessary requirements.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and present design proposals to clients based on their needs and budget
- Create detailed drawings and blueprints using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project feasibility and cost-effectiveness
- Oversee the construction process to ensure compliance with design specifications
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior architects on the team

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Architect
- Proficient in CAD software and other relevant design tools
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously

Salary:
This position offers a competitive salary of 1400$ per month.
