We are a welding company based in Beer-Sheva, Israel and we are seeking an experienced Welder to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in welding and will be responsible for reading and interpreting blueprints, operating welding equipment, and ensuring quality control of finished products.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Operate welding equipment to weld metal parts together
- Inspect welded surfaces for defects and ensure proper alignment
- Monitor the welding process to prevent overheating or warping of materials
- Follow safety protocols at all times

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in welding
- Proficiency in various types of welding techniques including MIG, TIG, and Stick
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy materials

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1700 per month.
