Carpenter - Construction and Renovation (Indian Nationals Preferred)


We are seeking experienced Carpenters to join our construction and renovation team in Hawalli, Kuwait. As a Carpenter, you will be responsible for constructing, installing, and repairing structures made of wood, plywood, and other materials according to specifications. This role requires proficiency in carpentry techniques and the ability to read and interpret blueprints. The ideal candidate must have prior experience working in the construction industry and be physically fit to perform manual labor. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1700 USD per month.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Construct, install, and repair structures made of wood, plywood, and other materials according to specifications.
- Measure and mark cutting lines on materials using rulers, squares, or marking gauges.
- Follow blueprints or building plans to meet the needs of clients.
- Selecting appropriate tools for the job such as chisels, planes, saws, drills etc.
- Join materials with nails, screws or adhesives.
- Perform repairs on existing structures as needed.
- Ensure that all safety guidelines are followed at all times.

Requirements:
- Indian national preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in carpentry within the construction industry.
- Ability to read blueprints and follow technical instructions.
- Physically fit with good stamina for performing manual labor tasks.
- Knowledge of various carpentry techniques including framing, finishing and cabinetry work.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
