French Language Tutor - Part-Time


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced French Language Tutor to join our team in Al-Khor. As a tutor, you will be responsible for providing high-quality French language instruction to students of all levels and abilities. Your duties will include creating lesson plans, assessing student progress, and providing feedback on areas for improvement. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in French language education, excellent communication skills, and a passion for teaching. This is a part-time position with flexible hours, perfect for someone looking to supplement their income or gain experience in teaching.

As our French Language Tutor, you will:
- Plan and deliver engaging and effective lessons that cater to the needs of individual students
- Create a positive learning environment that encourages student participation and promotes cultural understanding
- Assess student progress through regular quizzes and examinations
- Provide timely feedback on student performance and areas for improvement
- Collaborate with other tutors to develop curriculum materials and teaching resources
- Communicate with parents or guardians regarding student progress and goals

Requirements:
- Native or near-native proficiency in French
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience teaching French as a foreign language
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong knowledge of French grammar, vocabulary, and culture
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of individual students
- Passion for teaching and ability to motivate students
- Availability to work evenings and weekends

Preferred qualifications:
- Teaching certification (ex: TESOL, CELTA)
- Experience using technology in the classroom
- Fluency in English
