We are seeking a talented and experienced Commercial Architect to join our team in Clairvaux. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings and structures. Your role will involve collaborating with clients, engineers, and contractors to ensure that your designs are functional, safe, and meet the client's requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop design concepts for commercial buildings based on client needs and requirements
- Create detailed drawings and specifications using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Conduct site visits to assess building conditions, gather information, and make necessary adjustments to designs
- Collaborate with engineers and contractors to ensure that designs are feasible and meet building codes and regulations
- Prepare project proposals, budgets, and timelines for client approval
- Oversee construction progress to ensure that it adheres to the design plans and specifications
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process
- Conduct quality control checks on completed projects to ensure they meet standards

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Commercial Architect
- Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction processes
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1700$ per month.
