Architectural Technologist - Dickirch, India

We are in search of a highly skilled and experienced Architectural Technologist to join our team in Dickirch, India. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for assisting with the design and technical aspects of architectural projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to develop detailed construction plans
- Utilize software such as AutoCAD and Revit to create accurate 2D and 3D drawings
- Conduct site visits to gather information and assess project progress
- Review building codes and regulations to ensure compliance with design plans
- Communicate with contractors and subcontractors to resolve any technical issues that may arise during construction
- Assist with project management tasks, such as budgeting and scheduling

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience working as an Architectural Technologist
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant software
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

This is a contract position with a salary of $1200 per month. Accommodation will be provided for the duration of the contract. This job is suitable for men who possess a biometric passport from India.
