Architectural Designer



A leading architectural firm in Beer-Sheva is seeking a talented and experienced Architectural Designer to join our team. As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for creating innovative and efficient designs for a variety of projects, including residential, commercial, and industrial buildings.

Responsibilities:
- Utilize your creative skills to develop unique and functional designs for various architectural projects
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide design solutions that meet their requirements
- Conduct site visits to gather information and assess project feasibility
- Develop detailed plans, blueprints, and 3D models using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Ensure all designs comply with relevant building codes and regulations
- Work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure successful project completion

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Proven experience as an Architectural Designer in a reputable firm
- Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Revit
- Extensive knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Strong design skills with the ability to think creatively and outside the box
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and clients

Salary: 1700$ per month

Location: Beer-Sheva

This is a part-time position (25 hours per week) with the potential for full-time employment based on performance.
