We are currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Bilingual Call Center Representative to join our team in Jeddah. As a Bilingual Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for handling incoming calls from English and French-speaking customers, providing excellent customer service, and resolving any inquiries or issues they may have.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls from English and French-speaking customers in a professional and courteous manner
- Listen attentively to customer needs and provide accurate information or solutions
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor as needed
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by exceeding their expectations with every interaction
- Follow communication scripts and company policies when handling different topics or scenarios
- Keep records of all customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints for future reference
Requirements:
- Fluent in both English and French (verbal and written)
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think quickly on your feet
- Good time-management skills with the ability to multi-task effectively
- Proficient in using computers and various software applications
Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1200$ per month for this position.
