A reputable call center in Jeddah is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Call Center Representative to join our team. As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls in a professional and efficient manner, providing excellent customer service to our clients. The ideal candidate should have previous experience in a call center or customer service role, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1500$ per month, including accommodation. Fluency in English is not required but preferred. Kenyan nationals are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote our products/services
- Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and achieve targets
- Follow communication scripts and guidelines when dealing with customers
- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Call Center Representative or similar role
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic (preferred)
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Proficient computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
- Availability for flexible working hours including weekends if needed
