We are looking for an experienced individual who can perform various welding techniques including MIG, TIG, and stick welding. The ideal candidate should have a strong attention to detail and the ability to read and interpret blueprints. This position is open to both male and female candidates, with preference given to Indian nationals.

Responsibilities:
- Perform various welding techniques such as MIG, TIG, and stick welding
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Inspect welds for accuracy and quality
- Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition
- Follow all safety procedures and protocols

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Welder
- Proficient in MIG, TIG, and stick welding techniques
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects
- Good communication skills
