Handyman for Residential Complex in Lusail, Qatar

We are in search of a skilled Handyman to join our team at a residential complex in Lusail. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing maintenance and repair tasks on various aspects of the building, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting. This is a contract position with accommodation provided.

Requirements:
- Prior experience as a handyman or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting techniques
- Ability to use hand and power tools effectively
- Good physical condition with the ability to lift heavy objects and work at heights
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Familiarity with safety procedures and regulations
- Malayalee nationality preferred but not required
- Freshers welcome to apply

Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine maintenance checks on the building's systems and equipment
- Perform repairs on plumbing fixtures, electrical wiring, carpentry structures, and paint surfaces
- Install new equipment or fixtures as needed
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from residents
- Ensure all work is completed efficiently and up to quality standards
- Keep track of materials used and submit reports on completed tasks
- Adhere to all safety regulations while working on site
