Radio Technician - Hawalli, Kuwait

A reputable radio station in Hawalli, Kuwait is seeking an experienced Radio Technician to join our team. As a Radio Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing all technical equipment used in the broadcasting of our programs.

Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and repair technical issues with broadcasting equipment
- Conduct routine maintenance on all broadcast equipment
- Install new equipment and perform upgrades as needed
- Monitor and maintain the quality of audio signals during live broadcasts
- Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repairs performed
- Collaborate with other technicians to ensure smooth operation of all technical systems
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Radio Technician or similar role
- Technical degree or certification in electronics or broadcasting preferred
- Knowledge of radio broadcasting equipment, including transmitters, receivers, mixers, and antennas
- Familiarity with audio editing software such as Adobe Audition or Pro Tools
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends when needed
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities

Salary:
The salary for this position is $900 per month.

Working Hours:
This is a full-time position with a standard work week of 40 hours. However, due to the nature of the job, flexibility may be required for occasional evening or weekend shifts.
