Job Title: Construction Manager


We are in need of a highly skilled Construction Manager to oversee our projects in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. As a construction manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing all aspects of the construction process. This includes managing budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure timely and efficient completion of projects.

Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years experience in construction management, preferably with experience working on commercial or residential projects. A degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management is required. Strong leadership and communication skills are a must, as you will be managing a team of construction workers and subcontractors.

Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans and schedules
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure timely delivery
- Manage project budgets and ensure cost effectiveness
- Oversee the work of contractors and subcontractors
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Communicate with clients to provide project updates and address any concerns or issues

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
- Minimum 5 years experience in construction management
- Experience working on commercial or residential projects preferred
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations
- Proficiency in project management software

This is a contract position with a salary of 1700$ per month, including accommodation. We welcome candidates from all nationalities who possess the required qualifications. Biometric passport is mandatory for this position.
