Senior Construction Manager (Egyptian)



We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Construction Manager to join our team in Al-Rayyan, Egypt. As a Senior Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects from planning to completion.

Salary: 1300$

City: Al-Rayyan, Egypt

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement project plans and schedules, ensuring projects are completed within budget and on time
- Supervise and manage a team of construction professionals, including contractors and subcontractors
- Monitor progress and quality of work on construction sites, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and building codes
- Review and approve project designs, plans, and specifications
- Procure necessary materials and equipment for construction projects
- Communicate regularly with clients, providing updates on project progress and addressing any concerns or issues that arise
- Prepare regular reports on project status, budget, and schedule for senior management

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Construction Manager in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team effectively
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple construction projects simultaneously
