Indian Executive Chef in Nizwa, Oman
We are seeking an experienced and talented Indian Executive Chef to join our team in Nizwa, Oman. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations and managing a team of chefs to ensure the highest quality of food is consistently delivered to our guests.
Responsibilities:
- Develop menus and create new dishes that reflect Indian cuisine and meet the taste preferences of our guests
- Train and manage kitchen staff, including sous chefs, line cooks, and assistants
- Ensure all food preparation and cooking techniques are in accordance with health and safety standards
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain kitchen efficiency
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen at all times
- Collaborate with restaurant management to plan special events and promotions
- Handle any guest complaints or concerns related to food quality promptly
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef in an Indian restaurant or hotel setting
- Extensive knowledge of Indian cuisine, cooking techniques, and ingredients
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Biometric passport required for visa purposes
