Indian Restaurant Manager in Clairvaux


As an Indian Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant in Clairvaux. Your main goal will be to ensure that our guests receive exceptional service and that our restaurant runs smoothly. You will also be responsible for managing and training our staff, creating and implementing policies and procedures, maintaining inventory levels, and ensuring that all health and safety regulations are followed.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including managing staff schedules, inventory levels, and customer service
- Train new employees on company policies and procedures
- Monitor performance of staff members and provide feedback as needed
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
- Create and implement strategies to increase efficiency and profitability
- Maintain a positive working relationship with customers by addressing any concerns or complaints in a timely manner

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the food industry is preferred
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Knowledge of Indian cuisine is preferred but not required
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
