Restaurant Manager - Clairvaux, France
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Clairvaux, France. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant including daily operations, staff management, and customer service. Your main goal will be to ensure the overall success and profitability of the restaurant.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and train staff to maintain high levels of customer service
- Create and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Oversee all aspects of food preparation, quality control, and presentation
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
- Handle customer complaints or issues in a timely manner
- Develop marketing initiatives to attract new customers and retain existing ones
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Strong communication skills in both French and English
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Proven track record of increasing sales and improving profitability
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
Salary: $1100 per month
