Senior Architect
We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Architect to join our team in Ashdod, Israel. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of various projects, ensuring they meet industry standards and client requirements. Your attention to detail, strong leadership skills, and ability to think creatively will be crucial in this role.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design process from concept to completion, ensuring projects are completed within budget and on time
- Collaborate with clients, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to understand project needs and create innovative solutions
- Prepare detailed drawings, plans, specifications, and estimates for construction projects
- Review all project plans for accuracy and compliance with building codes
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure quality control
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior architects on the team
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in architectural design and project management
- Extensive knowledge of building codes, materials, construction techniques, and building systems
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other design software
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, contractors, and team members
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working on commercial or residential projects in Israel
- Familiarity with local building regulations
- Fluency in Hebrew
- Experience with sustainable design practices
Salary: $1000 per month (negotiable based on experience)
Location: Ashdod, Israel
Employment Type: Contract (with possibility for extension)
