Construction Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage construction projects in Medina. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing all aspects of construction projects from start to finish. This includes coordinating with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications. You will also be responsible for managing project teams and ensuring that all safety and quality standards are met. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent organization and communication skills, and extensive knowledge of construction processes and regulations.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and oversee construction projects from start to finish
- Develop project timelines and budgets
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure project progress
- Manage project teams and delegate tasks effectively
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Monitor project progress regularly and provide updates to key stakeholders
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the course of the project
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure work is being done according to specifications
- Maintain detailed project documentation including contracts, change orders, and progress reports

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management
- Extensive knowledge of construction processes, regulations, and safety standards
- Excellent leadership, organization, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficient in project management software
- Strong problem-solving abilities
