Job Title: Baker - Indian Cuisine (Contract, Visa Sponsorship)


We are seeking an experienced Baker with a passion for Indian cuisine to join our team in Vianden. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of traditional Indian breads, pastries, and desserts. This is a contract position with visa sponsorship available for all nationalities.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Baker in an Indian restaurant or bakery
- Proficient in making various types of Indian breads such as naan, roti, and paratha
- Knowledge of traditional Indian pastry and dessert recipes
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
- Attention to detail and high standards for food quality and presentation

Responsibilities:
- Prepare doughs, batters, fillings, and toppings according to traditional recipes
- Bake breads, pastries, and desserts in various ovens including tandoor oven
- Monitor baking process to ensure products are cooked at correct temperature and time
- Decorate pastries and desserts with icing or other toppings
- Maintain inventory of baking ingredients and supplies
- Ensure cleanliness and sanitation standards are met in the kitchen at all times

Salary: 1600$ per month
