As an Indian Pastry Chef in El-Ain, UAE, you will be responsible for creating delicious and visually appealing pastries and desserts for our restaurant. You must have a passion for baking and a deep understanding of Indian flavors and techniques. Your creativity and attention to detail will be essential in developing unique and memorable desserts that will delight our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create a variety of pastries and desserts that reflect the flavors and techniques of Indian cuisine
- Design visually appealing presentations for all pastries and desserts
- Develop new dessert recipes that complement our menu
- Ensure all pastry items are prepared to the highest quality standards
- Monitor inventory levels and order ingredients as needed
- Train and supervise pastry assistants to ensure high-quality products are consistently produced
- Maintain a clean and organized work station at all times
- Adhere to all food safety regulations

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Pastry Chef, preferably with knowledge of Indian cuisine
- Culinary degree or equivalent work experience in a professional kitchen
- Strong knowledge of baking techniques, including decorating, plating, and presentation skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop new dessert recipes using traditional Indian ingredients
- Team player with excellent communication skills

Salary: $1400 per month

Location: El-Ain, UAE (Preference for Indian nationality)
