Floral Designer and Shop Assistant

We are a boutique floral shop located in the bustling city of Ufa, seeking a talented Floral Designer and Shop Assistant to join our team on a full-time basis. As a Pakistani national, you will have the opportunity to showcase your creativity and passion for flowers while working in a fast-paced, English-speaking environment.

In this role, you will be responsible for designing and creating stunning floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, birthdays, and corporate events. You will also assist with daily shop operations including customer service, order management, and inventory management. Your attention to detail and ability to multitask will ensure that our customers receive exceptional service and leave our shop with beautiful floral arrangements.

Requirements:
- Pakistani national
- Fluent in English (both verbal and written)
- Proven experience as a floral designer or similar role
- Strong knowledge of different types of flowers and foliage
- Ability to create visually appealing arrangements that meet clients' needs
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Availability to work on weekends or holidays as needed

Salary: $1000/month (negotiable based on experience)
