We are a busy floral shop located in the vibrant city of Ufa, seeking a talented and creative Floral Designer to join our team. As a Florist, you will be responsible for designing and creating stunning arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, birthdays, funerals, and other special events.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and create unique floral arrangements according to client requests and preferences
- Source and select fresh flowers, plants, and other materials from suppliers
- Ensure the quality of all floral products meets our high standards
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients with their floral needs
- Collaborate with other team members to meet deadlines and complete orders on time
- Maintain inventory levels and keep track of supplies needed for daily operations
- Keep the shop clean and organized at all times

Requirements:

- Previous experience as a Floral Designer or related position is preferred
- Strong knowledge of different types of flowers, plants, and foliage
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail under pressure
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with others in a team setting
- Creativity and artistic flair are essential for this role
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and longer hours during peak seasons

Salary: $1500/month (negotiable based on experience)
