Machine Learning Engineer

Our company is seeking a highly skilled Machine Learning Engineer to join our team in Dickirch. As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing machine learning algorithms and models to solve complex business problems. You will work closely with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to understand business requirements and design solutions that utilize cutting-edge machine learning techniques.

Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and deploy machine learning models and algorithms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
- Analyze large datasets to identify patterns, trends, and insights.
- Develop data preprocessing pipelines to clean, transform, and integrate data from multiple sources.
- Train and evaluate models using various performance metrics.
- Optimize models for accuracy, scalability, and efficiency.
- Monitor model performance in production environments and make necessary updates or improvements.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics or related field.
- 2+ years of experience as a Machine Learning Engineer or Data Scientist.
- Strong programming skills in Python or R.
- Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, Keras, or PyTorch.
- Knowledge of statistical modeling techniques such as regression analysis, clustering, classification.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Experience working with large datasets using SQL or NoSQL databases.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively about complex problems.

Preferred Qualifications:
-Solid understanding of deep learning architectures such as CNNs, RNNs, GANs
-Knowledge of Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques
-Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure
-Publications in relevant conferences or journals
-Passion for staying updated on the latest advancements in machine learning

Salary: $1000/month (negotiable based on experience)
