Part-Time Baker for Indian Cuisine in Wiltz


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Part-Time Baker to join our team at our Indian restaurant in Wiltz. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing a variety of Indian breads, pastries, and desserts using traditional techniques and recipes. This is a part-time position with flexible hours, perfect for someone looking to supplement their income or gain experience in the culinary industry.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare a variety of Indian breads such as naan, roti, and paratha
- Create delicious pastries and desserts including gulab jamun, ras malai, and jalebi
- Follow traditional recipes and techniques to ensure authentic flavors
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation of dishes
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Baker or in a similar role
- Knowledge of Indian cuisine and traditional baking methods
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high quality standards
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Salary: 1500$ per month (based on experience)

Location: Wiltz (open to all nationalities)
