Barista for Coffee Shop in Beer-Sheva

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Barista to join our team at a popular coffee shop in Beer-Sheva. As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting delicious and high-quality coffee beverages, as well as providing excellent customer service to our guests.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, including espresso, cappuccino, latte, and cold brew
- Ensure quality control by properly measuring and tamping coffee grounds, steaming milk, and creating latte art
- Maintain a clean and organized work station at all times
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders and answering any questions about our menu items
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Assist with restocking supplies, cleaning equipment, and other duties as needed

Requirements:
- Fluent in English (Hebrew is a plus)
- Previous experience as a barista or in a similar customer service role preferred but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends

Salary: Starting at 1200$ per month

Location: Beer-Sheva (accommodation not provided)
