Adjuster for Insurance Claims in Nairobi, Kenya


We are seeking a skilled Adjuster for Insurance Claims to join our team in Nairobi, Kenya. As an adjuster, you will be responsible for investigating and evaluating insurance claims to determine coverage and settlement amounts. This is a part-time position suitable for men looking for flexible work arrangements.

Responsibilities:
- Review insurance policies to determine coverage and eligibility of claims
- Conduct thorough investigations and collect relevant information, such as statements from involved parties and witnesses
- Analyze information gathered to determine the extent of damages or losses covered by the policy
- Negotiate with claimants and other involved parties to reach fair settlements
- Prepare detailed reports summarizing findings, evaluations, and settlement recommendations
- Keep accurate records of all claim activities

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an adjuster or similar role in the insurance industry
- Strong knowledge of insurance policies and procedures
- Excellent investigative and analytical skills
- Ability to negotiate effectively and reach fair settlements
- Attention to detail with strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software programs
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field preferred
