We are searching for a skilled and detail-oriented Claim Adjuster to join our team in Nairobi, Kenya. As a Claim Adjuster, you will be responsible for investigating insurance claims and determining the extent of liability and coverage for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough investigations of insurance claims by gathering information from various sources such as witnesses, medical records, and property damage reports.
- Evaluate the validity of claims based on policy coverage and applicable laws.
- Analyze and interpret complex data to determine the extent of liability for each claim.
- Negotiate with claimants, attorneys, and other involved parties to reach a fair settlement.
- Provide clear and concise reports detailing the findings of investigations.
- Make recommendations for claim resolution to management.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and laws related to insurance claims.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Insurance, Business Administration or a related field.
- Proven experience in insurance claims handling or a similar role.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Salary: $1100 per month

This position is suitable for men who are fluent in English. African nationals are preferred but all nationalities are welcome to apply. We provide visa sponsorship for qualified candidates.
