IT Support Specialist


Our growing company is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated IT Support Specialist to join our team in Remish, Egypt. As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our clients and employees. Your main duties will include troubleshooting hardware and software issues, setting up new equipment, and maintaining our company's network.

To be successful in this role, you must have proven experience in IT support and excellent communication skills. Knowledge of computer systems, networks, and software programs is also essential. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, able to work independently or in a team setting, and possess strong problem-solving abilities.

This is a contract position with a salary of 1400$ per month. As this is a contract job, no English language skills are required. However, proficiency in Arabic is preferred. Accommodation will not be provided but we do offer a free visa and ticket for our international employees.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical assistance to clients and staff via phone or remote access
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- Install new computer equipment and maintain existing systems
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues
- Maintain accurate records of all support requests and resolutions
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an IT Support Specialist or similar role
- Knowledge of computer systems, networks, and software programs
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently or in a team setting
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
- Contract job with no English language requirements (proficiency in Arabic preferred)
- Salary: 1400$ per month
- Must be willing to relocate to Remish, Egypt
