Job Title: Architecture Manager



We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Architecture Manager to join our team in Balzers. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of architectural projects from conception to completion. This includes ensuring that projects are delivered within budget and on schedule, as well as maintaining a high level of quality and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans and manage project budgets, timelines, and resources
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide design solutions that meet their requirements
- Oversee the design process, including creating drawings, models, and presentations
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals to ensure project success
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design plans
- Lead project meetings and communicate updates to stakeholders
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior architects on the team

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- At least 5 years of experience in architecture, preferably in a managerial role
- Strong knowledge of architecture principles, building codes, and construction methods
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit or other design software
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Strong leadership abilities with a collaborative approach to problem-solving

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1400$ per month for this position.
