Architecture Manager



Our architectural firm in Balzers is seeking an experienced Architecture Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will oversee and manage all aspects of our architectural projects from conceptual design to construction completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecture, excellent project management skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality designs that meet client expectations.

Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of architects and designers, providing guidance and direction throughout all stages of the project
- Develop project timelines and budgets, ensuring adherence to deadlines and financial constraints
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design solutions that meet their requirements
- Oversee the preparation of design proposals, presentations, and construction documents
- Manage project contracts, ensuring compliance with legal regulations and client agreements
- Monitor project progress, identifying and addressing any issues that may arise
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure construction is proceeding according to plans and specifications
- Mentor junior staff members to help them develop their skills and knowledge

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
- Strong knowledge of architectural principles, building codes, materials, and construction techniques
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant software programs
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex ideas clearly and concisely
- Proven track record of delivering successful projects on time and within budget
