Mason Supervisor



We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mason Supervisor to oversee our team of masons in the city of Bayan. As a Mason Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the construction of brick, stone, and concrete structures. This is a contract position with a salary of 1100$ per month without accommodation.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and guide masons in the construction of brick, stone, and concrete structures
- Ensure all safety regulations are followed on the job site
- Monitor progress and quality of work being done by masons
- Order materials needed for projects and ensure they are delivered on time
- Train new masons and provide guidance to improve their skills
- Collaborate with contractors, architects, and engineers to ensure projects are completed according to specifications
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise on the job site

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Mason Supervisor or similar role
- Extensive knowledge of different masonry techniques and materials
- Ability to read blueprints and follow technical drawings
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards
- Physical stamina to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Excellent communication skills
- Indian nationality preferred
