Team Lead

As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of employees to ensure efficient and effective operations. You must have prior experience in a leadership role, strong communication skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks and delegate responsibilities. Your role will require you to work closely with team members, provide guidance and support, and make strategic decisions to achieve company goals.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate team members to meet performance standards and achieve targets
- Provide ongoing training, coaching, and development opportunities for team members
- Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback on areas of improvement
- Assign tasks and delegate responsibilities to team members based on their strengths
- Communicate with upper management to report progress, challenges, and recommendations
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and cross-functional projects
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for team members
- Create schedules and ensure adequate coverage for all shifts
- Address any conflicts or issues within the team in a timely manner

Requirements:
- Prior experience in a leadership role is essential
- Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written English
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and delegate responsibilities effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Proven track record of meeting targets and driving results
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment is preferred

Working Hours: Full-time position with flexible working hours. Some weekend or evening work may be required based on business needs.

Salary: Starting salary of $1300 per month.

Location: Dickirch, Luxembourg. This position is open to all nationalities.
