Office Assistant - Abu Dhabi, UAE
We are seeking a reliable and organized Office Assistant to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the daily operations of our office, assisting with administrative tasks, and providing excellent customer service to our clients. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in an office setting and develop their skills.
Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls and directing them to the appropriate person
- Greeting and assisting visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Maintaining office supplies and ordering new ones as needed
- Organizing and maintaining files and records
- Assisting with data entry and other administrative tasks as assigned
- Coordinating meetings and appointments
- Providing exceptional customer service to clients
Requirements:
- Indian national preferred
- Fluent in English (Arabic language skills is a plus)
- Familiarity with MS Office programs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Previous experience in an office setting is a plus
Salary:
AED 1000 per month (part-time)
