Excavator Operator


We are hiring an experienced Excavator Operator to join our team in Vianden. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience operating excavators and must possess a valid operator's license. As an Excavator Operator, you will be responsible for operating heavy equipment to perform excavation, digging, and loading operations on construction sites.

Responsibilities:
- Operate various types of excavators to perform excavation and loading tasks on construction sites
- Conduct pre-operational checks on equipment to ensure safety and proper functioning
- Carry out routine maintenance and repairs on the excavators as needed
- Follow instructions from the site supervisor to perform excavation tasks according to project requirements
- Ensure safe operation of the equipment and adherence to all safety regulations
- Keep accurate records of daily operations, including fuel consumption, maintenance logs, and work progress reports

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience operating excavators in a construction setting
- Valid operator's license for excavator operation
- Knowledge of proper operation and maintenance procedures for excavators
- Ability to read and interpret engineering plans and specifications
- Good physical condition with the ability to operate heavy equipment for long periods of time
- Strong attention to detail and safety precautions
- Willingness to work in all weather conditions
- Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers and supervisors
