Your attention to detail and ability to interpret data will be crucial in helping our company make informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collect and organize large sets of data from various sources
- Use statistical techniques to analyze data and identify trends or patterns
- Develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations to present insights
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide data-driven solutions
- Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to non-technical stakeholders
- Monitor data quality and ensure accuracy of reports

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Data Analyst or similar role
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and statistical analysis tools (e.g. R, Python)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Effective communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical individuals

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in the Canadian job market or working with Canadian clients/companies
- Fluency in English (spoken and written)
