Architecture Project Manager


Our architecture firm in Jerusalem is seeking a highly skilled and organized Architecture Project Manager to join our team. As an Architecture Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of architectural projects from conception to completion. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively communicate with clients, contractors, and team members.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all phases of architectural projects including design, planning, budgeting, and construction
- Develop project timelines and ensure that deadlines are met
- Coordinate with clients to understand their needs and provide regular updates on project progress
- Manage project budgets and track expenses
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other team members to ensure project goals are met
- Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and address any issues that may arise
- Review project plans and blueprints for accuracy and compliance with building codes
- Provide guidance and support to junior staff members as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in architectural project management
- Strong understanding of architectural design principles, building codes, and construction processes
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Ability to lead a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficient in project management software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Experience working on projects in Jerusalem or the surrounding area
- Familiarity with sustainable design principles
