We are seeking an experienced Architecture Manager to join our team in Jerusalem, Israel. Our company is a leading architectural firm specializing in innovative and sustainable design solutions. As the Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the architectural process, from concept and design to construction and completion.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of architects and designers on various projects
- Develop project plans, budgets, and schedules
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met
- Review and approve design proposals, drawings, and specifications
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure quality control
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in design technology
- Collaborate with other departments within the company to ensure seamless project delivery

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
- At least 5 years of experience working as an architect or in a similar role
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards success
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other architectural software
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations
- Creative thinking with an eye for detail
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
